Flagpole Replacements at Fort Washington Park (FOWA) and Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine (FOMC)Full solicitation is now posted as of April 6, 2026.Specific Site Visit Information (also see FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) included in Section L(a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed if they cannot attend the site visit scheduled below.
