The Requirement is full and open competition with HUBZONE Evaluation Preference Applied. NWC currently owns three (3) Symmetra Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units, which provides emergency power to large scale data centers. These UPS units are manufactured by Schneider Electric-APC, who is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and only certified technicians are permitted to work on them. The overall goal is to maintain uninterrupted performance of these UPS Units. In order to do so, the US Naval War College requires one (1) base year of technical service maintenance to include repairs as well as scheduled preventative maintenance service visits for three (3) Symmetra UPS units.
