A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A COMPETITIVE BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) CALL ORDER THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY -- IT IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
