Description

A FUTURE CONTRACT FOR MUSSEL RELOCATION. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District will be acquiring a Single Award Firm Fixed-Price Sole Source service contract for Mussel Relocation in the Tennessee River Mile 155. The Nashville District has a requirement to relocate endangered mussels from the Federal navigation channel in the designated dredge area of the Tennessee River Mile 155 to a designated area outside of the Federal authorized navigation channel located behind Beech Creek Island. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may identify their interest and submit clearly articulated information. Information provided will be considered solely at the discretion of the Government. Reponses must be received by April 10, 2026, at 11:00 am, Central Time to be considered. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of your response. Submit a response and
