The Government intends to award a single definitive contract for the acquisition of the F-16 Aircraft Ejection Seat. This sole source effort will be awarded IAW RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency

The Government does not own the data or the rights to the data for the manufacturing of this item.
