Description

Provide document shredding throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in support of the Pennsylvania National Guard.

Vendor will have to provide this service every county within Pennsylvania.

The requirement is to destroy official documents with Personally Identifiable Information (PII), specifically destroy paper using cross cut shredders which produce particles that are 1 x 5 millimeters in size, or to pulverize/disintegrate paper materials using disintegrator devices equipped with 3/32-inch security screen.

Approximate workload is 2000 LBS a month total.
