Description

The .106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b) (ii). The proposed source is NV5 Geospatial Solutions Inc. 385 Interlocken Crescent Suite 300, Broomfield Colorado. The procurement is for NV5 Geospatial Solutions Inc. This previously awarded and delivered Fiscal Year 2025. NV5 Geospatial Solutions Inc. shall provide continuous support for existing products. This is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the above-referenced services. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider any quotations received. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government is seeking a discount from the offeror's schedule prices pursuant to FAR 8.404(d). The following clauses and provisions apply to this RFQ.
