Requirements Summary: Configuration: 2 sewing heads with 15 needles per head. Construction: Heavy-duty steel frame weighing approximately 1168 lbs. Performance: Maximum sewing speed of 1,100 stitches per minute (flats) and 1,000 SPM (caps) with a positive needle drive for thick materials. Embroidery Area: Minimum of 450mm x 520mm. Interface: Minimum 10.4" LCD Touch Screen display with LAN and USB connectivity. Key Capabilities: Must include a quick-change cap system, laser pointer for tracing, automatic hoop centering, and specific capability for military nametape creation.
