: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following Gatehouse Exterior Stair Repair at Townshend Lake, Townshend, VT in accordance with the following Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings.
The contractor shall complete concrete, crack, and sealing repairs on the exterior stairs that are located on the West Face of the gatehouse tower.
All repairs shall involve sounding and finding limits of repairs, removal of deteriorated concrete, surface preparation, concrete, crack, and sealer repairs to the stairs.
The contractor shall sound all repair areas to find the extents of the repairs and shall remove the unsound concrete to a minimum depth of three (3) inches, or to the extent of unsound concrete.
The contractor will then repair the unsound concrete area to the original thickness and will match the existing or intended profiles.
