BACKGROUND CECOM SAMD administers and manages FMS cases including Red and Black Voice Command and Control Center System
requirements for Partner Nation (PN). CECOM SAMD鈥檚 goal is to satisfy
requirements of Red and Black Voice Command and Control Center System for the country of Chile. The Chilean Joint Staff has established a modernization roadmap to implement Cross-Domain (RED/BLACK) Voice Command and Control capabilities across the Chilean Armed Forces. A designated operational Air Brigade has been selected for this upgrade because it operates the F-16 fighter fleet, which is currently being modernized to utilize Type 1 secure tactical communications.
