Description

The U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law (INL) Enforcement Affairs partners with several highly qualified contractors to provide CONUS and OCONUS professional and administrative support services. The Contractor shall provide highly qualified third-party contractors (TPC) on an individual BPA Call basis for INL programs, activities, and functions OCONUS and CONUS based on the BPA call's SOW once awarded. All TPCs must meet the labor category

requirements in the Contractor's GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) schedule. The Contractor shall ensure TPC personnel have the required skills and employ practices to identify, screen, place, monitor, train, and retain qualified candidates to meet service

requirements. All terms and conditions of the GSA/MAS Federal Supply Schedule apply. Services and performance details will be defined in each order. Prices must align with the Contractor’s original proposal and established labor rates under the GSA/MAS Schedule Contract. Each BPA call solicitation is comprised of a Statement of Work (SOW) that includes minimum qualifications tied to a labor category for that position. Each BPA call may have a different SOW than another BPA call. The Request for Proposal
