The Department of Defense is procuring Alarm Monitoring and Telephonic Support Services for three community-based clinics. The contractor will provide 24/7 intrusion detection system monitoring and telephonic technical support using Government Furnished Equipment.
The contractor will monitor the Intrusion Detection and Duress systems and provide telephonic technical support for system maintenance and repairs.
The Government requires a follow-on, non-personal services contract to provide 24/7/365 intrusion detection system monitoring and remote telephonic technical support for three (3) of its community-based clinics. The Intrusion Detection and Duress systems at the specified locations are Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). The contractor shall provide: Alarm Monitoring & Reporting: Continuous (24/7/365, including public holidays) monitoring of the Intrusion Detection System. Upon alarm activation, the contractor shall immediately notify designated Government personnel and/or local authorities. Technical Support: Provide telephone-based technical support to Government personnel during normal business hours to assist in performing system maintenance and repairs.
