THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. Therefore, no proposals are being requested or accepted in response to this SSN. Purpose In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, SSP is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of successfully performing Organizational and Intermediate Maintenance on three U.S. Navy (USN) 78-foot patrol boats (78PB). The purpose of this services contract is to maintain 78PB readiness to perform the USN’s Int-Transit Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile (SLBM) Security Mission and the USN’s Sea-Launched Cruise Missile, Nuclear (SLCM-N) Security Mission. The Contractor shall use Government Furnished Facilities or Contractor Furnished Facilities to perform this work. The contract Base Year shall start on the date of contract award and finish 12 months thereafter. The contract shall also include four (4) Option Years, that may be exercised by the Government. SSP is seeking detailed, complete, and thorough White Paper capability statements from interested firms who can demonstrate and document, with evidentiary support, that they
1) possess the minimum qualifications and experience identified in paragraph 7.0 which are critical to the successful execution of the

2) demonstrate recent and relevant experience, as the Prime Contractor, performing the same or similar efforts of the same or similar scope, size, and complexity to the Enclosure (1) Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS)
