for this project requires the Contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery to complete the removal of existing wood siding and replacement with Steel Siding on two buildings at the Tatanka Hotshots Base. Used herein, the term siding includes siding, soffits, fascia, and trim that form the exterior envelope of the building. Door and window trim are included in the project, but not the doors or windows themselves. The underlying weather barrier will be removed and replaced, and new insulation will be added prior to installation of the steel siding. Work also includes minor painting of metal exterior doors. Work also includes removal and replacement of exterior light fixtures and controls on the two buildings.
