Combined (i) THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is a combined for commercial products prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.Solicitation number 140R3026Q0036 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for the Lower Colorado Basin Regional Office (LCBRO) Facilities Maintenance and Repair IDIQ. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside.   • (iii) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin Regional , inspection, testing, technical consulting, equipment condition assessment, and preventive maintenance performance evaluations for a Delta Building Management System (BMS), HVAC equipment, chiller and cooling tower, condensing hot water boiler system, power and water meters, electrical equipment, and emergency repair services. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies/equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion of all services described herein. The Contractor shall also provide customer service, quality control, and all other services as listed herein. The Contractor shall, without additional expense to the Bureau of Reclamation, obtain and maintain necessary licenses and permits, and be responsible for complying with manufacturers¿ recommendations.
