• (iii) DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Basin Regional , inspection, testing, technical consulting, equipment condition assessment, and preventive maintenance performance evaluations for a Delta Building Management System (BMS), HVAC equipment, chiller and cooling tower, condensing hot water boiler system, power and water meters, electrical equipment, and emergency repair services. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies/equipment, and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective completion of all services described herein. The Contractor shall also provide customer service, quality control, and all other services as listed herein. The Contractor shall, without additional expense to the Bureau of Reclamation, obtain and maintain necessary licenses and permits, and be responsible for complying with manufacturers¿ recommendations.
