This is a Combined for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and the policies and procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition is being conducted as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a corresponding size standard of $40 Million. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, delivery, installation, operation support, maintenance, emergency response services, and removal necessary to provide a temporary 2-Megawatt portable generator system in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
