Contracting Office (NCO) 22, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for a subscription service for FeedbackNow for the VA San Diego Healthcare System located at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The applicable NAICS code is 541519 Other Computer Related Services and the is DA10 IT and Telecom Business Application/Application Development Software as a Service. This requirement is being solicited as Full and Open Competition. The anticipated

period of performance will be one base year plus four option years. The Government intends to award one Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order resulting from this Combined to the responsible quoter whose quote represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the Government. Instructions to Quoters: Offerors shall submit a quote that includes

pricing, technical capability (if applicable), and confirmation of active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). Quotes shall be submitted via email to [email protected].
