The material being procured under this contract is LEVEL I material and is being installed in a SUBSAFE boundary. Therefore, all interested parties shall explicitly state that they are Level 1/SUBSAFE certified and have a Quality Management System (QMS) Manual and Inspection System Procedures, in accordance with ISO 9001.The contractor shall also confirm that they are capable of meeting the welding

Weld procedure and qualification test data must be submitted to the Certifying Activity for approval prior to welding.
