Sole Source Notice for Business Application Development Support Services

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), (OAQ) intends to solicit from a single-source under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a), FAR Class Deviation 25-21, Rev. 1 for FAR Part 12 to Transunion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions, Inc. for the procurement of Enterprise Hermes licenses. This procurement is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The
