Description

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a sole source GSA Oasis+ Task Order for the Detroit Beneficial Use Assessment and Implementation Study to: Noblis, Inc. 2002 Edmund Halley Dr. Reston, VA 20191-3436 As part of this procurement, the Detroit District intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 16.507-6(b)(2) to Noblis Inc. The

requirements for this project will include identifying and shortlisting beneficial use pathways for material dredged from the Detroit River and validating industry availability to carry out the beneficial use pathways. Beneficial use opportunities must be identified to create and/or reserve capacity in Pointe Mouillee CDF to ensure continued dredging of the Detroit River, a vital connecting channel. This notice of intent is not a request for a competitive proposal.

This is not a solicitation and the information contained herein is subject to change or to be eliminated from the requirement. Only contractors capable of providing directly compatible equivalent services shall respond. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. Interested parties who feel they have the capability may identify their interest and capability in writing to the identified

point of contact, no later than April 13th, 2026, at 2:00pm (ET). To demonstrate your firm's interest and capabilities and to provide equivalent service, please provide the following: 1. Name of firm 2. Cage code 3.
