Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting (NCO10), anticipates soliciting proposals and proposes to enter into multiple contracts for Optical Dispensing Services for the following VISN 10 Veterans Affairs Medical Centers (VAMCs) located in Ann Arbor, MI, Detroit, MI, Ft.
Wayne, IN, Marion, IN, Indianapolis, IN and Saginaw, MI.
This solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15.
The Government intends to award multiple firm-fixed price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation.
Services are for a five (5) year ordering period.
Offeror shall provide all labor, management, health care professionals, equipment, supplies, and transportation to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to furnish optical dispensing services to the veteran beneficiaries.
