Background & Strategic Vision Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) is undergoing a fundamental shift in operations, transitioning into a high-capacity spaceport. To support a dramatic and sustained surge in national security and commercial launch cadence, Space Launch Delta (SLD) 30 Spaceport of the Future (SOTF) is spearheading an unparalleled, large-scale infrastructure recapitalization effort. This represents a massive, multi-phase investment portfolio aimed at completely overhauling base infrastructure to eliminate operational bottlenecks and enable "launch on demand" capabilities. 3. Purpose Statement The purpose of this Industry Day is to clearly communicate the scale of this infrastructure modernization effort and to elicit critical

requirements from mission partners to ensure we are strategically structuring these massive capital projects. The event will serve as a high-level vision summit to facilitate dialogue between government and industry partners regarding opportunities, challenges, and emerging capabilities relevant to spaceport development. 3.
