Objective The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), KC-46 SPO (WLC), is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of manufacturing and delivering eight (8) modernized Electrical Boom Test Benches (ETB) (New PN: 842-652042; Legacy PN: STE842-349510; NSN: 4920-01-686-1331). The ETB is a highly specialized, mission-essential piece of support equipment required to perform critical operational load and avionics testing immediately after the assembly of the KC-46 Pegasus Aerial Refueling Boom (ARB). Requirements & Constraints Potential sources must be able to manufacture a system capable of the following: Interfacing exclusively with the unique electrical and avionics architecture of the KC-46 Pegasus ARB. Executing precise, secure digital handshakes with the ARB's avionics.
