Description

The Naval Air Systems Command's (NAVAIR) Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft Program Office (PMA-290) intends to award a contract on an other than full and open competition basis with The Boeing Company (Boeing), Seattle, WA. The anticipated contract is for the required effort to procure Air Data Inertial Reference Unit (ADIRU) updates for the P-8A Poseidon's latest flight deck configuration. Boeing is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the P-8A aircraft. NAVAIR plans to procure seventy-seven (77) ADIRU updates to be delivered between FY26 and FY28. This action shall be procured pursuant of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1 “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency
