The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC), in support of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Digital Enterprise Services (DES) Enterprise Agreement Services (EAS), is conducting market research to gather industry feedback from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Software Publishers (SP) and authorized software resellers in order to compare direct to OEM/SP enterprise agreements against value added reseller enterprise agreements? for commercial software products and services and explore customary commercial practices therein.
