The contractor shall provide a comprehensive maintenance and service agreement for the Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus System that includes, at a minimum:- All replacement parts- Labor- Travel costs- Reagent replacement required as a result of hardware failures- One (1) annual preventative maintenance service- Remote technical support (5x18)- Two (2) business day on-site response time- Control software updates and upgrades- Hardware updates and upgrades- Applications supportAll preventative maintenance services shall be performed in accordance with OEM-recommended procedures and documentation

requirements.All maintenance and repair services must be performed by technicians who are trained and authorized to service the Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus System.
