Description

Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease in Lincoln, ME using other than full and open competition for an existing CBOC lease for the Veterans Heath Administration (VHA). This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency

requirements. NAICS Code 531120 applies to this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, the Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s

requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. VA seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Lincoln, ME Delineated Area: North: State Rd 157 South: State Rd 116 – Rt 2 – Lee Rd East: Winn Rd – Rt 2 West: I-95 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,800 Space Type: Medical (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Soft Term: 5 years Any firm that believes it can meet the

requirements may give written notification to the

contracting officer by 10:00 AM 5/1/2026. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above

requirements as follows: 1. Building name, address and location of the available space 2. Amount of offered space in Rentable Square Feet (RSF) and ABOA SF along with the conversion rate. 3. Building ownership information, brokers or legal representatives must show written acknowledgement and permission to represent the property 4.
