Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP)N0016726R3101 for Engineering Services for Acoustic Signature Trials Support. This requirement is a Level of Effort (LOE),non-performance based task order (TO) under the SeaPort Next Generation (NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). Onlycurrent SeaPort NxG MAC holders are eligible to submit proposals. Offerors not holding a valid SeaPort NxG MAC willnot be considered for award. All

questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted in accordance with Section L andthe procedures outlined in clause L-215-H006 SUBMISSION OF

QUESTIONS BY OFFERORS--BASIC (NAVSEA) (APR2022).

Questions must be received no later than March 27, 2026 (10 calendar days from the date of RFP issuance).While the Government will make every effort to respond to all

questions, no guarantee is made that
