EOUSA anticipates award of a contract, on a sole source basis, to BriefCatch to provide an AI-powered legal editing and writing software application designed specifically for lawyers, judges, and legal professionals. This legal writing tool integrates directly into Microsoft Word and Outlook to analyze legal text and offer real-time editing suggestions. Functions include: Analyzing the writing style of a legal brief and suggesting ways that the writing in the brief could be improved. An option for scanning the entire text or just a section of the text. An option to reject or accept the tool's suggested changes. Generation of reports on a document's readability, as well as identifying strengths and weaknesses within the document. Gamification - the tool scores the writing in the document in multiple categories. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only.
