AMENDMENT 0002 (SEE ATTACHED) Amendment 0002 includes RFI Notice No. 2 provided as Enclosure (1) in response to Requests for Information (RFI). Attachment 01, PWS is replaced in its entirety and provided herein as Enclosure (2). The following changes to the PWS were made: In reference to start of Surveys/Fieldwork; Section E, Work Element 3, work to begin upon approval of AHA/APP. AMENDMENT 0001 (SEE ATTACHED) Amendment 0001 includes RFI Notice No. 1 provided as Enclosure (1) in response to Requests for Information (RFI). The successful contractor shall provide environmental services to conduct Sea Turtle Nest Monitoring and Management at Naval Base Guam (NBG) and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB). Provide a lump sum price for environmental services to conduct sea turtle nest monitoring and inventory at beaches with suitable habitat at Naval Base Guam (NBG) and Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz (MCBCB). All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The
Period of Performance is twelve (12) months from the date of award. This Request for Quotation is set-aside for Small Business (SB) Concerns. Quotations are solicited only from SB Concerns. Quotations received from offerors that are not SB Concerns will not be considered. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. All notifications and amendments to this combined synopsis or solicitation will be posted via piee.eb.mil. All responsible contractors are encouraged to submit a quotation in response to this Request for Quotation. Solicitation, amendments, and notices will be posted to the website piee.eb.mil under the Solicitation Module. Contractors can view solicitations in the Solicitation Module at piee.eb.mil by selecting SOLICITATION SEARCH in the Award section or Solicitation Search under the SUPPORT section. Contractors must submit a quotation in the Solicitation Module and must register in PIEE. Submit a request for the Proposal Manager role. All Amendments SHALL be acknowledged in the Offerors proposal per instructions. It is the Offerors responsibility to check the websites periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.
