Responses Due/Notice Expiration: Friday, March 20, 2026, 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) Portland Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS) is seeking responsible vendors to provide a clinical chemistry analyzer lease/rental and support solution for Chemawa Indian Health Center, Western Oregon Service Unit (WOSU), located in Salem, Oregon, Yakama Service Unit (YSU), Warm Springs Service Unit (WSSU), and Fort Hall Service Unit (FHSU). This requirement supports outpatient primary care services and requires continuity of laboratory operations. The anticipated

period of performance includes a base period of one year, starting in April 2026, and may include up to four (4) option periods of one year each. See the attached

The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of all qualified native small businesses, small businesses, or large businesses; (2) whether they are HUBZone small businesses; service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB); veteran-owned small businesses (VOSB); 8(a) small businesses; woman-owned small businesses (WOSB); small disadvantaged businesses (SDB); Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE); and/or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE); and (3) their size according to the applicable North American Industry System (NAICS) code identified below.
