Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District intends to award a sole source contract to American State Equipment Co. Inc. to supply and install a replacement Master Control Node for a Manitowoc 14000 Crane at the USACE Fountain City, WI service base. This requirement must be fulfilled using genuine OEM parts programmed by a certified technician. It is believed that this firm is the only responsible source able to fulfill this requirement. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201(b)(1), to publicize the proposed contract action. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. No solicitation documents are available; however, all responsible sources that believes that they can meet the
