Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing the replacement of a Well Pressure Tank at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital located in Madison, Wisconsin. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform the required services. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The Government is requesting that interested businesses of any size respond if they can meet the description and Statement of Work (SOW): The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other resources necessary or replace the Well Pressure Tank at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, 2500 Overlook Terrace Madison, WI 53705-2254. The Well Pressure Tank replacement shall include the removal and proper disposal of the existing Well Pressure Tank, the installation of the new Well Pressure Tank, all required gaskets and associated components, and the completion of pump testing, and the collection of potable water sampling in full compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulatory

requirements. Capability Statement Submission: Interested vendors shall submit a capabilities statement that provides clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that your company can meet the

requirements outlined in this source sought. The capabilities statement shall include: Organization name, address, UEI number, Point of , Business size under NAICS 811310, Socioeconomic status, and evidence of experience relevant to the required services.
