This announcement represents a market survey that is intended for planning purposes only. The purpose of this notice is to identify sources capable of performing this project and to receive responses from those firms to assist the Government's acquisition planning. This contract will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Project Description: This project will provide for the construction of the Hotel Space to support a unit at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The facility is considered permanent construction, defined as buildings and facilities designed and constructed to serve a life expectancy of more than 25 years, and will be executed by means of a Design-Bid-Build (D-B-B) contract. The Hotel Space is a very small facility—approximately 623 gross square feet (57.87 square meters). The building is part of and will be physically connected to another building, which is part of a large campus development that will also include a group of buildings. The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, engineering support, and supervision necessary to accomplish the required construction, structural connections, interior utility integrations, and associated incidental environmental work to this U.S. Government facility.
