RFI Title: Scheduled and Non-Scheduled Dry Ice Deliveries for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) in Sicily (Italy). BACKGROUND: The U.S. NMRTC Sigonella Laboratory Department requires an IDIQ for dry ice on scheduled and non-scheduled needs basis. Currently there is no contract in place and the Laboratory Department has been ordering with Government Purchase Card. Scheduled deliveries must be delivered within forty-eight (48) hours of the request (excluding holidays, after working hours and weekends). Non-Scheduled deliveries for emergencies need to be made within seven (7) hours of the request with a minimum of 30kgs. DESCRIPTION: NAICS 325120 - Industrial Gas Manufacturing, PSC 6830 - GASES: COMPRESSED AND LIQUEFIED. See DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).
