1. REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW The United States Air Force, 633rd Contracting Squadron (Langley AFB, VA), intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive, single-source basis to Curtiss‑Wright/Tactical Communications Group (TCG). Competing this requirement would not produce viable offers. 4.
