MICC Fort Hood intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to obtain professional suicide prevention and awareness training services for 1st Cavalry Division’s Suicide Prevention Summit. The North American Industrial System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training, Business Size Standard $15 million. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full requirement details. The contractor shall provide evidence-based suicide prevention training delivered by qualified professionals. Training shall include instruction on recognizing warning signs, intervention strategies, communication skills, crisis response, and available support resources.The contractor shall provide training sessions tailored to the specific needs of the audience, including leaders, supervisors, and general personnel. Each session shall be delivered within a 60–90-minute timeframe unless otherwise directed by the Government. The contractor shall furnish all required training materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and digital resources necessary to support effective instruction.
