For Market Research Purposes Only Memphis Landscaping Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis:

This is a Sources Sought Notice issued solely for market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10. This notice is being posted to identify qualified and interested firms capable of providing comprehensive landscaping services.

This is not a solicitation. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Responses are voluntary and will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, including potential small business or 8(a) competitive set-aside determination.

Background: The Government anticipates a follow-on requirement for landscaping services at grounds maintenance service for the Memphis Internal Revenue Service/Enterprise Computer Center Campus (MIRSC), located at Getwell Road, Memphis, TN 38118, GSA Building Number TN0005ZZ (“Campus”), by means of a performance-based contract. The facility consists of grounds totaling 109 acres of lawn, trees, ponds (wet and dry), natural areas, roads, and sidewalks. The anticipated North American Industry System (NAICS) code is 561730 – Landscaping Services with a size standard of $9.4 Million. Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all supervision, administrative and technical support, equipment, labor, management, materials, personnel, subcontractors, supplies, tools, transportation (except as expressly set forth as Government furnished), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective completion of all services described therein. Services will be required on a recurring basis throughout the base and option periods. Requested information: Interested firms are requested to submit a capability statement that includes the following: Company name UEI Number Business Size under NAICS 561730 Current SBA 8(a) certification status Relevant past performance within the las 5 years Geographic capability to perform services at the specified location Point of Capability statements shall be limited to no more than two (2) pages.
