Payment Terms: Statement of acceptance of Net 30 terms, or any proposed prompt payment discounts (e.g., 2% 10, Net 30). g. Lead Time: Estimated delivery schedule or lead time After Receipt of Order (ARO). h. Offer Expiration: Explicit date indicating how long the quote remains valid. (i).
