The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source order for Aalyria Spacetime Extra Small (XS) Staging Instance under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source to: Aalyria Technologies Inc 7633 Southfront Rd STE 200 Livermore, CA , 94551-8223 The North American Industry System (NAICS) code for this requirement is: 541330. NASA has a need for: Staging Spacetime XS Instance is a commercially developed advanced network orchestration and dynamic resource management system. The capabilities of this software are real-time, multi-domain network optimization, automated cross-layer routing across heterogeneous space and ground assets, policydriven orchestration of hybrid government and commercial networks and secure integration with existing NASA cloud-based mission operations environments. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation; however, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The statement of capabilities must be submitted in writing and must contain clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government.
