Only Graywolf Sensing Solutions can perform maintenance, replace sensors and provide firmware updates due to proprietary software and equipment. DCPH-A provides a yearly maintenance contract with Graywolf Sensing Solutions which includes the annual calibration and maintenance
requirements for all Graywolf Sensing Solutions equipment. If buying equipment from a third-party vendor, this maintenance would not be covered therefore, the measurements are not validated. Graywolf Sensing Solutions is the manufacturer/sole supplier of goods quoted. Quoted products are not sold through distributors in the United States, only through Graywolf Sensing Solutions directly.
