Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Honolulu campus has a requirement to provide remediation for the site deficiencies in accordance with the draft statement of work (SOW) and specifications. Contractors must demonstrate their ability to meet all

requirements listed in this notice. See attached draft document for additional information. All information in this pre-solicitation announcement is a draft and subject to amendment(s) and is in no way binding to the Government. In consideration of time, a draft copy of the SOW is being posted along with the specifications and drawings for review. A request for proposal will be issued as a total SDVOSB set-aside. The applicable North American Industry System (NAICS) Code is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. PSC Code is Z2DZ, Repair or Alteration of Other Hospital Buildings. Pursuant to FAR 36.204(d) Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. Potential Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award (See Internet Site https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/). Potential Offerors must also have a current Online Representations and Certification Application on file with SAM. This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or around early April 2026. The solicitation will be a request for proposal (RFP), which will contain proposal instructions, a

scope of work (SOW) and specifications.
