Description

36C24626R0028 652-25-111 Repair USP 800 AC-59 The purpose of this modification is to answer

questions received. Page 1 of Attachment B - Selection criteria: "Each resume shall demonstrate each team member years of professional experience and years with the current firm. Team members are required to have at least 5 years professional experience and at least 5 years with their current firm." Would you waive this requirement or reduce it to 3 years? Our Structural Engineer has over 20 years' experience and worked with Apogee for over 5 years prior to joining the firm permanently and has been with us for 3 years. ANSWER: Each member on the team is required to have a minimum of five years with the firm. This requirement will remain unchanged. It is also requiring a "Instrumentation and controls professional" as a required role. Can we dual role this position or do we need a separate resume? ANSWER: The positions are required individually filled. Should the contractor submit a resume for a team member who s qualified to perform two roles this will not be rejected provided the qualifications of the team member merits consideration (EX: years of valid experience in the disciplines). This choice to provide this by the contractor would be at risk to the bidding contractor as government consideration of a dual person resume does not remove the individual position requirement from the bidding company to fulfill. NOTE: Delay in refilling the positions with qualified personnel would be that of the bidding contractor. Page 1 Selection Criteria 2 reads, "The A/E firm shall provide a table of the comparable projects listed above comparing their IGE with the bid/award amount during construction" and page 3 section criteria 5 reads, "Provide a table of a minimum of three (3) comparable projects comparing estimate with the bid/award amount during construction. Provide up to three (3) completed projects in the past five (5) years that best illustrates the construction period services performed by the team." ANSWER: Criteria 2 shall be addressed using the Standard Form 330 pages titled Example Projects Which Best Illustrate Proposed Team s Qualifications for This Contract, with one page per requirement. Criteria 5 specifically evaluates experience during CPS. Firms must demonstrate experience providing CPS by submitting a table with three comparable projects within the last five years performed by the team. No further

questions will be accepted after 12PM ET 3/3/2026. The due date for SF 330 s remains 3/12/2026 at 5:00PM ET. END OF MODIFICATION Donteana Gibbs Contracting (No Street Address
