Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood, Texas is issuing a Combined Synopsis / Solicitation for a firm fixed price supply contract to identify qualified and experienced locksmith service providers capable of supplying and delivering a large quantity of lock cores and keys for an existing master key system at Fort Hood, Texas.
