The Department of State is procuring comprehensive food services for the U.S. Embassy Georgetown Marine Security Guard (MSG) Detachment. The contractor will prepare and serve meals, maintain a clean kitchen, and comply with health and safety regulations.
The contractor will provide comprehensive food services, including preparing and serving meals, maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
The Contractor shall provide comprehensive food services for the U.S. Embassy Georgetown Marine Security Guard (MSG) Detachment. This includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services required to prepare and serve meals to the MSG Detachment. The Contractor’s fixed monthly price shall cover all labor, materials, insurance (in accordance with FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. Food procurement is conducted separately: the Mess Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) will purchase food bi-weekly, following approval of a 30-day menu. The Contractor must accompany the Mess NCO during these purchases to ensure quality and compliance with menu
requirements. The Contractor is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all applicable health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all services meet U.S. food safety standards.
Period of Performance: The
