218) and other designated event locations on USAG Bavaria, Germany. The contractor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing musical and choral selections to support the Rose Barracks Religious Support Office (RSO) for weekly worship services (52 units/year), special seasonal and ceremonial services (16 units/year), and weekly rehearsals (68 units/year). The government anticipates a five-year
period of performance consisting of a 12-month base period (scheduled to begin
15 September
2026) and four (4) consecutive 12-month option periods extending through
14 September 2031. 2. Compliance and Security Regulations This acquisition is conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services). Because performance will occur on a secure U.S. military installation in Germany, the contractor must comply with all local force protection, physical security, and base access procedures, including completing mandatory training such as AT Level I, iWATCH, and OPSEC within designated timeframes.
