The scope of this contract requires the Contractor to conduct virtual, tri-annual peer review cycle of up to 18 unique DINFOS training courses to determine and publish postsecondary college credit recommendations (lower, upper, or graduate-level). Each review result in formal college credit recommendations and the publication of an official Learning Evaluation Report. The required services comprise four (4) integrated components: (1) Expert faculty peer review and evaluation of DINFOS courses. (2) Issuance of nationally recognized credit recommendations. (3) Sustainment of evaluated courses on a nationally recognized academic registry. (4) Provision of transcript and credentialing services for DINFOS graduates. Critical performance
