Description

The Government intends to award a sole source procurement under Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12.201-1 to Pentax of America, Inc. to provide one (1) new Digital Capture Module, Pentax Model 9380, customizable, with hardware and software for recording HD Stroboscopy, Endoscopy, Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES), and Videofluoroscopy Examinations. This procurement also includes one (1) each of the following accessories and services: Speakers for 9380 (Model 9390), 24" LED Monitor (Model NEC24LED), NAS 6TB add-on storage (Model NAS9380), NAS9380 Data Migration Service (Model 1057), Cable Kit upgrade for 9380 (Model 9380U), and Basic Configuration, Training, & Support (Model 1115). These items are to support the ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) Department of the Dayton VA Medical Center (VAMC) in Dayton, OH. Accordingly, the Government will negotiate directly with Pentax of America, Inc. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government as provided in the guidance of RFO Part 12.102(a). Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement.
