Description

IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4):

  • (i) The Government is seeking to procure 125 non-bluetooth military aviation headsets compatible with the C-130J . It must have battery powered electronic noise cancellation, low-impedence, U-174 plug, two comfortable ear cushions, a boom, and adjustable head band.
  • (ii) In accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c), this pre-solicitation is being published on the Government Point of Entry to document the requirement. The contract will be awarded based on the Best Value (BV) selection process. Under this method, the contract will be evaluated on price and offeror's ability to meet the delivery and specification

requirements as appropriate.

  • (iii) One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
  • (vi) All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. Please reach out to the CS and the CO for additional
