Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N3220526Q7061 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for USNS JOSHUA HUMPHREYS Fire and Smoke Detection System Upgrades. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation does not have a Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating. See attached SF 1449 for a list of all details of the supplies and/or services required and a list of all solicitation provisions and contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. Responses to the solicitation are due February 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST.. Quotes may be e-mailed to [email protected]. To be considered timely, an e-mail quote must be received in its entirety in the designated e-mail inbox by the due date and time for quote submission. Reference the solicitation number on your quote. E-mail quotes shall be in either Adobe or Microsoft . No other method of submission is acceptable. Award shall be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable quoter. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
